At EOS.Supply, we take pride in the quality of our garments. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
1.1 You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.2 Items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original condition with tags attached

Free from stains, odors, or damage
1.3 Custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
2.1 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at help@eossuply.co with your order number.
2.2 Our team will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.
2.3 Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Refunds
3.1 Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3.2 If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
4.1 Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
4.2 Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
5.1 If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
5.2 We will cover all costs of replacement and shipping in such cases.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (e.g., hats, socks, underwear) cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
